Contest Basics:
- Contestants must be 18 years or older and live in the United States
To become eligible, you must become a registered member of the iPhone Groove forums and make at least 10 quality posts between now and June 15th, 2007. Existing members do not need to re-register, but simply meet the 10 post quota. More posts do not enhance your chances of winning.Posts will be monitored and deleted if they do not meet our standards. - Posts cannot contain links to competing sites.
- One entry per IP address and user. Multiple entries will result in your immediate disqualification.
- Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries
- Winner will receive an Apple Store Gift Card valued at $599 OR lower if Apple lowers MSRP of 8GB Apple iPhone
- iPhoneGroove.com is not responsible for taxes, shipping costs, wireless service or contracts. If a wireless contract is required, it is not the responsibility of iPhoneGroove.com, but the winner of the giveaway.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (Purchase does not improve one’s chance of winning) OPEN TO U.S. RESIDENTS AGES 18 AND OVER
- HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the iPhoneGroove.com forums on the World Wide Web at www.iPhoneGroove.com/forums and sign up for the Forums. You must make no less than (10) forum posts by June 25th. Posts must be relevant and may not contain any reference or promotions for other websites and/or products. Limited to one entry per person, irrespective of the method of entry. Subsequent entries per person will be disqualified. IP addresses are tracked. Contestants who enter multiple entries using the same IP address will be disqualified. iPhoneGroove.com is not responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
- ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the United States.
- CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: A total of 10 valid contestants must have entered with 10 valid posts per contestant by June 25th 2007 for the contest to be valid and the prize to be rewarded.
- LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released PartiesĀ), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is void where prohibited. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.
- WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner will be selected on or about June 25th, 2007 through a random drawing of all eligible entries received. All drawings will be held at the iPhoneGroove.com office. All drawings will be conducted by iPhoneGroove.com, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
- Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (1) business day of attempted contact, iPhoneGroove.com reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have one day to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by iPhoneGroove.com). These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winners name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and iPhoneGroove.com reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for iPhoneGroove.com and the other Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
- PRIZES: One Grand Prize, consisting of an Apple Gift Card worth $599 OR MSRP of iPhone if it is released at a lower price. It does not include wireless service. Winner is responsible for any and all wireless contracts and costs. Winner is responsible for all taxes and or shipping charges that might occur when ordering the Apple iPhone.
